Flea Markets have been a time-honored tradition in Michigan and abroad since the beginning of the retail era. In all actuality, flea markets were around long before stand alone retail stores, strip malls or large shopping centers. Typically, people use to gather in a central location throughout each region to sell their products or services on a specific day known by all members of their respective communities as Market Day.
