About six months ago, a couple called me, from Harrison Township in Macomb County, who were really in the dumps. They weren't able to sell their home, though they were really emotionally ready for a change in their lifestyle.   • Think of updating one room this year. Gas prices are soaring and vacations and air flight have become complicated and aggravating. Take advantage of one tank weekend getaways because Michigan is one of the most beautiful tourist states.  Save your money to update something fun in your home that will give your family valuable home time experiences.   • Change your landscaping. When you drive home each night from work, it will refreshen your appreciation of your refreshed home.
