Just the Right Type in Macomb County

Macomb County is looking for a full-time Typist Clerk III. The person fills this position will type various documents such as letter, reports, forms and general correspondence. The Typist Clerk III will also update and correct information on various forms. In addition to typing duties, this person will answer incoming phone calls, responding to questions and relaying messages as necessary, and help by providing information on policies and procedures.
There will also be some filing, copying, operating standard office equipment and lifting supplies that weigh up to 25 pounds.
To fill this position you must have a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of clerical experience. The County prefers that candidates also have college or business school training as well.
