Professional Experience
David was admitted to practice law in 1973, Michigan and U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Michigan; and U.S. Court of Appeals, Sixth Circuit in 1980. David served as principal trial attorney with the Macomb County Prosecutor's Office and later as assistant chief of the Criminal Division of the United States Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Michigan. David has represented defendants in many highly publicized cases in Michigan, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Missouri and New York. He has conducted over 200 criminal and civil jury trials. David has appeared extensively as an expert legal commentator on national and local radio and television news programs, including all four Detroit television stations, Court TV and Geraldo Rivera Live.
