EXECUTIVE CHEF

Macomb County, Michigan – The Pine Ridge Retirement Community is pleased to announce the addition of Chef Spiro Cardaris as Executive Chef of their Pine Ridge of Hayes location.Cardaris has spent the last 25 years as an executive chef and banquet manager in several fine-dining establishments in the area. He most recently owned and operated his Marine City restaurant, Duck’s Inn, before joining the Pine Ridge family. Cardaris has received many accolades, including being nominated “Top Chef in Michigan” from 1991–1994 as well as numerous other awards and gold medals.
