You'll find all your favorites at the Mount Clemens Farmers Market Apple Festival this Saturday, October 6, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The Farmers Market is held at the City Park & Ride lot on North River Road between I-94 and northbound Gratiot Avenue in Mount Clemens, Michigan. Come out, meet the farmers and pick out a big bag of apples for snacking, caramel apples, Halloween bobbing and Thanksgiving apple pie. The harvest season will be ending soon, but the market will remain open through the end of November. You can pick up hay bales, corn stalks and Indian corn for fall decorating. The kids can find the perfect pumpkin for their Halloween jack-o-lantern while you select colorful gourds for the holiday cornucopia.
