SPRING Into Customer Satisfaction

There are many things salespeople do to build customer relationships and confidence, in an effort to satisfy them. A recent article in Selling Power magazine stated that the number one complaint customers have is; “It’s not what I expected.” Here are some things you, and your sales Partner, can work on to increase customer satisfaction:
Give them a “good” handshake
Value them, not just their business
Listen to them, understand their needs and expectations
Follow-up and make sure they are satisfied with their decision
Relate to them on a personal basis; birthdays, children’s accomplishments, their successes
Exceed their expectations
Sure these are obvious steps to sales success. But many sales people fail to deliver everyone of these for every customer. Honestly review these skills and set a plan to improve on one or two.
